DESCRIPTION:
First recorded in the oceans of planet Pate, where its strange biology allows it to thrive despite the flesh-stripping toxicity of the water. Their lives are short and these saltwater fish spend their days in a desperate swim to find a willing mate. Scavengers, they feed upon the soft downward drift of plankton; feasting upon the dying remains of tiny organisms.
