DESCRIPTION:
Chemically-adapted blood and an unusual metabolism keep X. Slapbuturium warm on the snowfields of planet Doug. Gregarious, wide-roaming creatures. They are occasionally found alone, but such animals are unhappy, lost from their herd. Leaf-eaters, their teeth are too soft to eat most vegetable matter. As such, they consume only soft, fresh leaves.
