Discovered on Duson Beta, where they survive the dry and barren conditions. Steadfast, with a strong sense of place, they pick a roost and will not abandon their home unless facing certain death. Sharp digging claws allow them to excavate and consume plant roots, which appear to make up the bulk of their diet.
